Appointment Policies

Deposits

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. A payment link will be sent upon confirmation and must be completed within 24 hours.

Deposits will be credited toward your appointment balance.

Cash App deposits are not accepted unless previously discussed and approved.

Payment Methods

Credit and debit cards are accepted for all orders and services.

Payments can be made using the card on file, a new card for swiping/tapping, or via Cash App. Please note: Cash App payments will incur a $5 transaction fee.

The final balance is due in full at the time of service.

Wellness Precautions

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for a later date when you are feeling better.

A face mask is required during the appointment.

Both parties must wash their hands before and after the service for hygiene and safety.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.

After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule.

No Shows

No-call, no-show will result in termination of services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible to avoid service discontinuation.

Canceled appointments must be rescheduled within 7 days of the original appointment date to avoid requiring a new deposit. Rescheduling does not mean the new appointment must occur within those 7 days.

Parking

There are three public parking lots near the building that charge a fee.

Free street parking is available Monday–Friday after 6:00 PM, on weekends, and on major U.S. holidays.

Student Sundays

College students booking the Student Sunday special must show proof of current enrollment. Acceptable proof includes a school ID, semester schedule, or class syllabus. Proof may be rejected if there is no clear indication of current enrollment.

Students may continue booking Student Sunday services for up to 3 months after graduation or separation. This offer extends to students of trade schools and similar post-high school programs.

Additional Guests

No additional guests are allowed during appointments.

Children are allowed only if they are scheduled for a Mini Me service.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

Emergencies

Emergency appointments requested outside regular business hours will incur a $30 after-hours fee.

Refunds

Please let me know during your service any preferences. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please let me know so I can accommodate you as best as possible. All sales are final.

Termination of Services

Both the client and the service provider reserve the right to terminate services at any time.
