To redeem discount, students will be asked to shoe proof by providing a picture of your school ID or your Fall 2024 schedule. Have a discount code? Write your code in the notes when booking your appointment or during your consultation for a custom press-on set.
Our nail technician offers a range of services ensuring your nails are a work of art. As our doors open, we aim to provide satisfying nails while strengthening our skills. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking your appointment.
We charge a $20 deposit fee.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits must be sent via Cash App to $medusasplace to secure the appointment. Remaining balance must be paid in full with a CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD at time of service.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments must be rescheduled within 30 days of original appointment. Appointments rescheduled after 30 days of original appointment will result in a new deposit being charged.
We have a 10 minute grace period.
A late fee of $10 will be added after 10 minutes.
Being late 20 minutes will result in the appointment being cancelled and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
We have a strict no show policy.
One no call, no show will result in the termination of nail care services with us. We understand that things happen, so please contact us as soon as possible to avoid the discontinuation of nail services.
If you are feeling sick, please reschedule at a later date when you are feeling better. A face mask is required during the appointment. Washing hands is required before and after service.
There are 3 public parking lots located around the building that charge a fee. Free parking is available on the street Mon-Fri after 6p and on weekends. Please note, because we are located Downtown Hartford, we have no control over parking availability and pricing. Please try to arrive 10 minutes early to secure parking. We will try our best to notify you in advance if an event will be taking place as this will affect parking.
Please do not bring guests.
Children are allowed ONLY if they are scheduled for a Mini Me service.

Our press-on nail packages were started with the "too busy" in mind. We understand how being a parent and work play major roles in our lives and sometimes we simply just can't fit a nail service into our schedules. That's why our press-on nails are the perfect solution - saving you time and money. Packages include adhesive tabs, a buffer, a cuticle stick, a file and free shipping. Press-on sets come with all sizes, so a sizing kit isn't needed.

Yes. We offer a 10% Student Discount. You must present your current High School ID, or College ID. A syllabus or class schedule can be used. Proof of current enrollment is required.
No. We only accept electronic payments as part of our Covid-19 precautions. Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards are accepted at time of service. Payments via Cash App or PayPal will include a $5 processing fee.
Yes. There are 3 public parking lots located around the building that charge a small fee. We will try our best to let you know if there is an event scheduled the day of your appointment. Local events will affect parking rates and availability.
